MRC tenancy agreements comply with the requirements of the office of fair trading, which essentially means that they must be fair to tenants and presented in easy to understand language.
Upon completion of an application form and payment of the administration fee, the appropriate references will be taken out and, subject to status, a guarantor may be required.
