MRC has a substantial "Buy to Let" portfolio and offer landlords a service whereby they can decide on a maximum price which they are prepared to pay for a property.
MRC will find a suitable "Buy to Let" property and arrange for all works to be carried out to ensure that the property meets the required standards.
Charges for this service are by negotiation and require a contract to manage the property for a minimum of four years.
MRC would also be pleased to take over existing property portfolios.
