““We have increased our fees by £100 – from £899 to £999 outside of London, and from £1,399 to £1,499 in London and the surrounding areas” Plus an additional fee should you wish Purplehouse to conduct the viewing on your behalf.

This increase is perhaps in long over-due recognition that simply listing a property on a website won’t get your property sold, “listing a property” is the easiest part of the job, and there is further work, effort, knowledge and commitment required from your agent in order to complete the sale.
