Private landlords required to join Property Redress Scheme

Since October 2014, it has been a requirement for all Letting Agents to be registered with a Property Redress Scheme. However, it will now become a requirement for all private landlords to also join a Property Redress Scheme.

A financial penalty of up to £5000 will apply to all agents and landlords failing to comply, therefore, it is vital for all private landlords to be at the forefront of all developments. As we are already registered with The Property Ombudsman, we can take this additional worry away from all private landlords!
